After Nearly 30 Years, Food Trends Catering's Menus and Service Are Still In Style

Food Trends Catering has indeed seen a lot of food and dietary trends come along since its founding in the early 1990s, but throughout its history the company has stuck to one tried-and-true trend for its success: food should be delicious and satisfying. The NYC-based company has catered for just about any size event, theme, and venue, wowing clients from the corporate world as well as those saying their "I do's."

"Our menu is practical, yet impressive," Michael Connolly, the company's catering director, said. "We have everything from your everyday sandwiches and salads to your high end, cocktail reception hors d'oeuvres. No matter which end of the spectrum you fall, the presentation and flavor will always be wonderful."

Food Trends Catering is also a shining example of the American dream, having been founded by a daughter and father who immigrated to the U.S. from Russia in the 1970s. Owner Alison Moskowicz grew up hosting dinner parties for friends and family members and as a result, all team members are trained to treat clients as if they were family. The company also uses locally grown and organic ingredients whenever possible.

The Food Trends Catering staff has catered events in and around the New York area such as corporate parties, weddings, fashion shows, cocktail parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, and more.
