Miracle Catering Pulls Off Spectacular Food and Service Every Time

By Pamela Sosnowski

Every day, Ron Spaziani is creating miracles. Whether it's a traditional multi-course meal for a wedding or creative appetizers for a cocktail gathering, he and his staff pull it off with no problem via Miracle Catering, the Washington Township catering company he launched 20 years ago.

"We are a full-service caterer comfortable with a wide variety of events, from intimate dinners to large events," he said. "So whether you're having two people or more for your event, let us work with you to craft the occasion to perfection."

Miracle Catering serves clients throughout New Jersey and New York with a variety of menus for all occasions, including corporate lunches, birthday parties, anniversaries, and holidays. Using the freshest local ingredients, Spaziani and his team create food that is not only tasty, but beautifully presented. Although there are several menus to choose from, all are highly customizable.

"Our menus are not limited just to one cuisine," he said. "We encourage you to take the time with us, to create a custom menu to make your dinner, cocktail parties, luncheons, corporate events and special family celebrations a success without compromising your taste and budget."

The catering company is skilled at creating themed menus as well. Their Caribbean menu, for example, was inspired by traditional island fare and includes jerk beef sliders, coconut crusted shrimp, and grilled jerk chicken. A Halloween menu is full of scary delights such as vampire bloody shooters (tomato soup served in a shot glass), fried spiders (calamari), and monster bones (smoky pork ribs.)

Other menus are comprised of sandwiches, buffets, and kids' favorites. Miracle Catering is also happy to work with clients to recreate an old family recipe.

Chef Spaziani was raised in the hospitality business and worked at several restaurants, under the tutelage of master chefs, before deciding to open his own catering firm in 1998. He holds a degree in culinary arts and food science and is actively involved with several industry organizations including the American Culinary Federation.

He's also quick to address any questions clients may have and offer suggestions on creating the perfect menu for their event. Online reviews cite the company's communication, food presentation, and professionalism whether they need full on-site service, or items dropped off for an event.

Miracle Catering is open seven days a week, and customers can purchase made-to-order items at their Pascack Road facility, including breakfast sandwiches and custom omelets. To view their menus and learn more about their services, visit http://miraclecatering.com.
